We are currently looking to hire a full-time Lead Carpenter with the following qualities:

Candidates for Lead Carpenter must meet the following qualifications:

• Strong working skills and knowledge from framing to finishing, including Massachusetts (MA) building code and stretch energy code;
• MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL);
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Lead Carpenter working on similar residential projects;
• RRP and OSHA certification desired but not mandatory;
• A reliable truck or van with a full complement of tools is necessary;
• This is a working carpentry position so the ability to work on a typical remodeling project 12 months of the year is assumed.

We are currently looking for a Residential Remodeling Project Manager with the following qualities:

• Can provide clear, timely, directive communication with our discerning clients and all members of a project’s construction team, including design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, carpenters, town/city officials;

Candidates for Residential Remodeling Project Manager must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Significant experience as a highly successful Project Manager of residential remodeling construction, having profitably planned, organized, directed and monitored multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, from hand-off through close-out, with excellent client reviews and adherence to company policies, processes, and protocol;
• Significant experience in estimating, negotiating and selling high-end residential remodel change orders;
• Proficiency with a wide variety of software programs including Microsoft Office;
• MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL)

We are currently looking for a Kitchen/Interior Designer with the following qualities:

• Has good spatial & design skills for residential kitchens and baths;
• You are goal-focused, creative and persuasive with the ability to resolve design dilemmas;
• You have no problem being accountable for the elements of the projects you work on;
• Proficient at determining what is required to produce an accurate scope of work for remodeling projects;
• Ability to set and communicate clear expectations with discerning clients;
• Consistently demonstrates excellent project management skills in planning, organizing, coordinating projects, multi-tasking, and interpersonal abilities;
• Demonstrates your excellent communications skills while working with other design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, team members, and discerning clients.

Candidates for Kitchen/Interior Designer must have the following experience:

• Previous responsibility for kitchen designs, elevations, cabinet layouts, and cabinet ordering;
• Previous responsibility for bathroom tile and fixture layouts and elevations;
• Previous responsibility for choosing and ordering selections for various projects including fixtures, tile, and appliance;
• Completed build-able documentation of existing conditions, detailed floor plans and elevations for kitchen and bath projects;
• Practical knowledge and experience in residential kitchen and bath design including product ordering;
• Experience with Chief Architect is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Residential Architectural Designer to join our team as a consultant or employee. The ideal candidate is capable of developing both broad Architectural and specific Kitchen/Bath designs and will possess the following qualities:

• Can achieve a high level of personal satisfaction from a team effort;
• Highly effective at interacting with team members, clients, and construction staff on all types of residential remodeling projects;
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail;
• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• The ability to think creatively as well as analytically, and to solve problems efficiently and within a client’s budget;
• Fully understands, and is committed to, superior customer service.

Regarding Residential Architectural Design, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of single-family residential design, particularly in the area of kitchen/bathroom and remodeling design;
• Must be strong in detailing and design;
• Have the ability to produce build-able construction documents;
• Experience with Chief Architect a plus.

Regarding Kitchen/Bath Design, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Practical knowledge and experience in residential kitchen and bath design;
• Responsibility for choosing and ordering selections for various projects including cabinets, fixtures, tile and appliances.
