Customer Satisfaction honors are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2016. “We are exceptionally proud of the service we provide and the excellent work of our staff. Feinmann has been awarded a 2016 Gold PRISM Award from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) for their Swank & Private Master Bath in a Lexington, MA home. The category was Best Residential Bath, $75,000 to $125,000.
The owners of an eclectic style house sought to reconfigure their upstairs to provide space for a new master bath and to provide them with privacy as the house only had one second floor bathroom. The solution entailed enclosing an awkward two-story atrium foyer which allowed the upstairs rooms to shift. Feinmann has been recognized with a 2016 Guildmaster with Distinction Award for exceptional customer service. GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting, and home services professions. For the eighth consecutive year, Feinmann was chosen as one of the select North American builders, remodelers, developers, and contractors recognized by GuildQuality for their superior delivery of customer care.

Over the past few months, GuildQuality reviewed numerous survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates. In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Feinmann achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from their customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
Feinmann has won a 2016 Gold CotY Award for Residential Addition Under $200,000 for a Lexington project, Home, Home for a Range. By adding only 80 additional square feet, the kitchen was able to accommodate a professional Wolf range as well as a center island, making this kitchen functional and beautiful. EM NARI (Eastern Massachusetts National Association of the Remodeling Industry) handed out awards at their annual event held April 6 at Clarke Distribution Corp in Milford, MA. Feinmann was also awarded the 2016 Customer Service Award.
Feinmann has won a 2016 Gold CotY Award for Residential Interior for a Boston project, Boston Colonial Proves Less Is More. By reconfiguring the first floor and re-locating an awkwardly placed powder room, this home is now open and light-filled.
Feinmann has won a 2016 Gold CotY Award for Residential Kitchen $100,001-$150,000 for a Lexington kitchen, Light’s Delight Bungalow. By taking down a wall between the dining room and kitchen and relocating the powder room and creating a mudroom connected to the kitchen by a half-wall, this Lexington bungalow received a much-needed boost.

Feinmann has been named a 2015 Regional Chrysalis Award winner for Kitchen Renovation $100,000-$150,000 for the White, Waves and Blue Kitchen project in Carlisle, MA. The Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence began in 1993. The awards cover 28 categories of residential and commercial remodeling, and winners are selected for each of four geographical regions of the country. The regional winners are then judged to select a national winner for each category.
Feinmann, Inc., has been named a national CotY Award winner by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) for Historic Renovation/Restoration under $250,000. The winning project, Bauhaus Landmark Renovation, is in the Garrett Birkhoff house in Cambridge, MA.
Contractors from seven regions nationwide vie for the awards on an annual basis. An impartial panel of judges, who are experts within the industry and associated fields, selected winners based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty and entry presentation.
